BODY STRENGTH

This is 40 minute class is a mixture of weighted exercises, TRX bands, sleds and bodyweight to improve the upper body strength specifically arms, back and shoulders.
DUMBELL SLED ASSAULT

The Dumbbell Sled Assault Class is exactly that, an assault on your entire body using only dumbbells and weighted sleds to accomplish this. It's a full body workout utilizing dumbbell complexes, expect to be pushed and challenged in this class.

This class focuses on upper body movements, designed for participants to go at their own pace and choose weights that they are comfortable with. The focus of this class is proper form with slow progression and intentionality.
